Yeelen Financial Fund L.P.
Yeelen Financial Fund L.P. (Yeelen Fonds Financier or YFF) was launched at the initiative of the West African Development Bank (BOAD) and aims to support the growth and development of banks, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, financial technology companies (“fintech”) and other financial institutions of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
Cauris Management has put at the disposal of Yeelen, a dedicated consortium with Messrs. Paul Derreumaux (Founder of Bank of Africa group), Amadou Raimi (Ex-Chairman of Deloitte France and Vice Chairman of Deloitte Worldwide) and Finactu (a specialized consulting firm in Finance and Insurance) assurance) and a team led by Benjamin Kouakou, who has more than 28 years of experience in the African financial sector. Cauris Management also provides Yeelen with ESG, reporting and back-office support.

The Fund has a capital of € 50.57 million, or approximately XOF 33 billion following the final closing.
Yeelen Financial Fund has been launched in July 2017.
