CAURIS MANAGEMENT SIGNS A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH BRVM
Cauris Management, signs a partnership agreement with the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM), which will enable the two institutions to pool their experience and synergize their skills in financing SMEs and companies with high growth potential, and in creating the new compartment dedicated to SMEs. Indeed, access to finance remains a real challenge for WAEMU SMEs.
Commenting on the signing ceremony, Yawo Noël Z. Eklo, CEO of Cauris Management, said that “contrary to some of the ideas conveyed, the stock exchange is a platform on which private equity funds can sell portfolio securities while achieving good profitability. The statistics show that the stock market listings made in recent years have been subscribed and that investment funds have made good multiples of investments “.
