Fonds Cauris Croissance II is the third fund managed by the Cauris Management team. Fonds Cauris Croissance II is a general-purpose fund that holds minority but significant holdings in high-growth SMEs through capital and / or quasi-equity participations.
Fonds Cauris Croissance II focuses on companies with a regional development strategy. Fonds Cauris Croissance II covers Anglophone and Francophone West Africa with the exception of Nigeria, a country which, because of its large size, requires a specific strategy. Fonds Cauris Croissance II follows the two funds already managed by Cauris Management:
- Fonds Cauris Croissance launched in 2006;
- Fonds Cauris Investissement launched in 1996.

Fonds Cauris Croissance II was launched in 2011, 15 years after the launch of the Fonds Cauris Investissement and 5 years after the launch of the Fonds Cauris Croissance.
Fonds Cauris Croissance II is fully invested successfully. We are in phase of disinvestment.
