- Chairman of the firm A2R Consulting, specialising in corporate advisory, former Chairman of Deloitte France and former Vice-Chairman of Deloitte Global;
- Amadou R. Raimi brings 35 years of experience in corporate diagnostics, due diligence, mergers, risk management, governance and conflict-of-interest management. The Chairman of the Board of Cauris Management has an in-depth knowledge of the WAEMU (West African Economic and Monetary Union) economic environment;
- Amadou R. Raimi has advised major French and international companies, notably on capital openings and equity investments, including Renault, Nissan and EDF;
- He is also a board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Atlas Mara, a director of the investment fund I&P Developpement (IPDEV) and of the Citizen Capital fund;
Amadou R. Raimi is a graduate of ESSEC (Paris) and a qualified chartered accountant.
