These terms of use (hereinafter the ‘Terms’) govern access to and use of the caurismanagement.com website (hereinafter the ‘Site’), published by Cauris Management, an investment fund management company specialising in private equity in West Africa.

By accessing the Site, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts their application without reservation. If the user does not accept all or part of these terms, they are advised not to use the Site.

Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office.
