Acquisition of a Stake in SWINDEVCO
The Cauris Croissance Fund has acquired a stake in SWINDEVCO, a telecommunications network installer operating in Ivory Coast and Guinea. This transaction will, on the one hand, strengthen the company’s position in the Ivorian domestic market and, on the other hand, enable the company to begin its subregional expansion.
