After a five-year investment, the Cauris Investment Fund sold its stake in the Ibis Hotel – Lomé Centre. Acquired in 2003 as part of the takeover of the former state-owned hotel by private investors, the sale, which was finalized at the end of 2008, enabled the fund to achieve an IRR of 16%.
